Canon Details	In spite of the fact that she's the antagonist of the Stirring Shadows story event, Akasha ends up joining the good guy kingdom after getting foiled, and is welcomed more readily than you might expect the priestess of a Lovecraftian cult would be.

15 Second Summary	High priestess of a cult known as the Church-of-All, Akasha worships Hastur and Nyarlathotep, and is working to summon the latter into her world. She herself is a being unstuck in reality, her contact with dark cosmic forces having left her mind/soul adrift in a sea of pure information.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	Akasha has access to all of the information in all of reality. This doesn't mean she actually has much/any command over this information; her consistent metaphor for her condition is that she's adrift, lost at sea. But she can dredge up relevant facts with some effort, and can share information with others in the form of visions. A funny side effect of her not existing at a fixed point in time/reality is that she'll often engender feelings of instant familiarity in people she meets, feelings created by the possibility that she may have met them at some other time--even if that time hasn't happened yet in a linear sense, or is part of some other timeline altogether, or whatever. She is one of the crucial components to summoning Nyarlathotep into the world, the "impure gate" through which he will arrive. And as a fantasy priestess, she can do some magic, mainly healing/revitalizing magic and a little shooty energy blast magic.
Permissions	I don't have any total hard nos, but let's talk if it looks like something big-time violent might be going on between our characters. Getting punched and so forth is generally ok but if it's more than that I'd rather plan things out! Also, totally feel free to decide to what extent (if at all) her "oh hey, I know you!" ability works on your character.
Sensing	Has been thoroughly warped by cosmic/eldritch energies and will definitely ping anyone who can sense such things. Telepaths who try to read her mind will get a fun taste of what it's like to no longer perceive reality in a safe linear way.
